Bonnie Land Brewer

Bonnie Land Brewer, 85, widow of Carl Rex Brewer, passed away Monday, June 21, 2021 at Oconee Memorial Hospital.

Bonnie was born in Oconee County and was one of 12 children of the late Paul and Gurthie Long Land. She was a homemaker and a former employee of Pratt-Read Company of Central. She was a member of East Clemson Baptist Church. Bonnie loved gardening and loved her family.

Surviving are daughters, Marlene B. (Dale) Adkins of Clemson and Rhonda B. Lee of Anderson, SC; son, Carl Kenneth "Ken" Brewer of Lake Waccamaw, NC; brothers, Travis Land, Terrell Land and Bob Land all of Seneca; sisters, Jean Myers of Riverview, FL, Rachel Hicks, Marian McClure and Karen Coker all of Seneca; grandchildren, Carl Lee Dockins, John Dockins, Josh Bryant, Greg Bryant, Molly Hollbrooks-Grant, Brian Adkins, Bobby Trotter and Wayne Trotter; great granchildren, Blake Holbrooks, Kaylee Holbrooks, Kash Grant, Sara Beth Dockins, Matthew Dockins, Aubrey Dockins, Savannah Dockins, Carly Dockins, Keelie Bryant and Avarie Bryant.

In addition to her husband and parents, Bonnie was predeceased by brothers, Frank Land and Tyrus Land; and sisters, Lizell Neal and Norma Price.

Funeral services will be 2 PM, Friday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home & Cremations with burial to follow in Oconee Memorial Park in Seneca, SC. Scroll to the video player below to view the service.

The family will greet friends from 1 to 1:50 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
