Bonnie H. Williams, 73, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville.
She was born on November 3, 1935 in Cherokee County and was the youngest of three daughters of John Yates and Etta Frey Hicks.
Mrs. Williams is survivied by two sons, Brett Williams and wife, Kanitha, of Chiang Mia, Thailand, and Brooks Williams and wife, Krissi, of Clemson; sisters, Merle Holmes of Conway and Carolyn Leslie of Salisbury, NC; and two grandchildren, Tess and Jack Williams.
Bonnie graduated from Cowpens High School in 1957. She retired in 1997 after thirty-five years working in the local banking industry.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday at Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, Easley.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Bethesda United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethesda United Methodist Church, 526 Piedmont Highway, Easley, SC 29642 or to McCall Hospice House, 1836 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
