Born in Anderson, SC, Brandon was the son of Daniel L. Nichols of Clemson and Patricia Traylor Nichols of Central. He was a graduate of D.W. Daniel High School and Clemson University.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Daniel Lee (Cynthia) Nichols of Lexington, SC; sister, Brittany Allena Smith of Auburn, AL; paternal grandmother, Kathy Nichols of Surfside Beach, SC; maternal grandparents, Vonnie Traylor of Taylors and James A. (Marjorie) Traylor of North Charleston, SC; his girlfriend, Lindsay Groomes of Seneca, SC; and numerous Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.
There are no formal services planned at this time.
