Brenda Sheriff Brown, 74, of Thomas Mill Road, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at her home.
Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Rosemond and Mae Day Sheriff.
Mrs. Brown was retired from Crosswell Elementary School as a lunch room associate. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Her hobbies included, collecting Panda Bears and making jewelry.
Surviving are her husband, James Roy Brown of the home; two daughters, Melinda Gail Owens (Robert) of Alamosa, CO. and Jammie Brown Bonham of Easley; two grandchildren, Adrianne Looper and Corey Bonham; three step grandchildren, Taylor, Amber and Summer Owens; four great grandchildren; and a brother, Bob Sheriff of Easley.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until 12:45 PM in the church gymnasium.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Open Arms Hospice, 1836 W. Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
The family will be at the home.
