Brenda Walker Leaumont, 65, of 103 Brookfalls Road, wife of the late Walter John the Baptist Leaumont, Jr., died Monday, January 16, 2006, at her home.
Born in Pickens County, she a daughter of the late A.C. Walker and the late Mary Lee Walker Smith.
Surviving are two sons, Bennett Gil Hayes of Spartanburg and First Lieutenant David Christopher Leaumont of Barksdale AFB, LA; two sisters, Dorothy W. King of Greenville and Patsy J. Rampey of Easley; four grandchildren and a great grandson. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Leaumont was predeceased by a brother, James C. Walker.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home with Rev. Virgil Manning officiating. Burial will be in Saint Louis Cemetery in New Orleans, LA, at a later date.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2:30 until 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of John and Patsy Rampey, 400 Rampey Street, Easley, SC 29640.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International, P.O. Box 1625, Easley, SC 29641.
Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown is assisting the family with arrangements.
