Brenda Carman Reed, 60, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in heaven on Tuesday morning, July 17, 2012 in Tampa, FL, after having suffered from a long illness.
Born in Greenville, SC on November 22, 1951 to Faye Carman Wheeler of Easley and the late Jack Carman, Brenda has lived in the Tampa area for the past twenty-six years of her life. She was a member of Victorious Life Church in Wesley Chapel, FL.
She is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, Charles Reed; daughters, Kristi Walker (Joseph) and Shannon Williams (Davyan); grandchildren, Nicole Webster and Madalyn and Jackson Walker. Brenda is also survived by brothers, Larry Carman (Dona) and Stan Carman (Angela); sister, Nancy Carman Lee (Jamie); nephews, Drew Carman, Camden Jack Carman, and John Baxter Lee; and nieces, Mary Carman Lee, Arden Lee, Elizabeth Carman and Lauren Carman. In addition to her father, Brenda was predeceased by her niece and goddaughter, Amy Carman.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
