Mr. Bruce Travis Camp, 39, passed away Monday, June 25, 2012 in Charleston.
Born in Orangeburg, a son of Bruce Terrell and Shelby Jean Rooker Camp, Mr. Camp was a sales representative with Dillards and a member of Mt. Airy Baptist Church. Travis' roots were with Rock Springs Baptist Church where he was raised for many years. He had a great passion for teaching, writing poetry, photography and acting.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are many special aunts and uncles, as well as many special friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2012 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from Noon until 1:45 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of his parents, 103 Freeman Road, Easley, SC 29640.
Memorials may be made to the Rock Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 201 Rock Springs Road, Easley, SC 29642 or to Easley Amused, c/o The Foothills Playhouse, 201 S. 5th Street, Easley, SC 29640.
