Elmer Bruce Williams, 78, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 2, 2010.
Mr.Williams is survived by his most loving wife of 59 years, Agnes; daughter, Pam (Dean) Martin; son-in-law, Brent Guest; granddaughter, Mary Beth Guest; sister, Evelyn Edens; brother, Jim (Carol)Williams, brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Mary Ellen Woods, Don and Bernice Tribble; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, G.B. and Elizabeth Williams and by a daughter, Judy Guest.
Mr. Williams spent most of his working years in the textile industry.
The family wishes to give special thanks for the love and care provided at Rosemond Family Care Center in Pickens.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 1:30 until 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
