C. Vincent Fletcher

C. Vincent Fletcher, 80, husband of Sue Sloan Fletcher, entered Heaven’s Gate Thursday, December 31, 2015 in Easley.
Born in Piedmont, SC on March 9, 1935 to the late William Henry Fletcher and Daisy Mae Barton Fletcher. Vincent retired from H.T. Hackney Co., and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and Inspiration Bible Fellowship Class. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Surviving, in addition to his wife are his brother, Robert Fletcher (Ruby) of Anderson; sister, Sybil Traynum of Piedmont; sisters-in-law, Louise Baughman, Shelby Mitchell (Joe), Martha Williams (Ken), and Betty Sloan, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Willie Mae Reeves and Sarah Jenkins.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road with Rev. Dr. David Gallamore officiating. Entombment to follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 PM until 2:45 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made directly to Rock Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 201 Rock Springs Rd, Easley, SC 29642 or Foothills Presbyterian Home, 205 Bud Nalley Dr, Easley, SC 29642.
