Mr. Carl I. "Toddy" Maze, 88, husband of Betty Casey Maze, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2015 at Richard M. Campbell Veteran's Nursing Center.
Born in Carterville, IL, a son of the late Audie Darling and Esther Thomas Maze, Mr. Maze retired as plant manager of Randall Textron and was a member of Marion Illinois Baptist Church. He was a US Army Veteran having served in WWII.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of sixty-seven years, are a daughter, Lisa Maze Childs (Barry) of Easley; a granddaughter, Casey Childs Garmendia (Louis) of Greenville; two great-grandchildren, Avery and Kelsey Garmendia; a sister, Frances Younkin (Leroy) of Herrin, IL; and a sister-in-law, Betty Maze of Herrin, IL. In addition to his parents, Mr. Maze was predeceased by a son, Stan Lee Maze, and a brother, Paul Maze.
Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Wednesday, July 8, 2015 in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
Family members are at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Richard M. Campbell Nursing Center, 4605 Belton Highway, Anderson, SC 29621.
