Carmen Douglas Wallace

Carmen Douglas Wallace, 62, of Arial Street, wife of the late Gilmore Wallace, Jr., passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in New Haven, CT, she was a daughter of the late Jeremiah "Jerry" Douglas and Allie Thomas Douglas.
Carmen was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Easley. She loved her family dearly, enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, entertaining and cooking for friends and family.
Surviving are her children, Markeith Douglas (Linda) of Lyman, Chris Douglas (Robin) of Pendleton, Chavon Douglas (Joey) and Kimberly Douglas (Jeloni) both of Easley; grandchildren, Dakarai Douglas, Destanee Douglas, Kierra Pierre (Steph), Dyamond Douglas, Kylah Mace, Lyric Douglas, Chaylece Douglas, Chaynelle Douglas, Ileana Douglas, Javaughn Payne and Jasariya Douglas; sisters, Rosalyn Garrison of Central, Valerie Johnson of Liberty and Doreen Douglas of Asheville; and brothers, Richard Douglas of Florence and Brian Douglas of New Haven, CT.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Jeremiah "Jerry" Douglas, Jr. and Derick Douglas.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, January 26, 2019 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with a visitation immediately following at the funeral home.
