Carolyn Lynn Pilgrim Durham

Carolyn Lynn Pilgrim Durham, 62, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Easley Baptist Hospital.

Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Cornelia Evatt Pilgrim. Carolyn was the wife of a very loving and caring husband Wesley Durham.

Survivors include a loving daughter, Becky Stewart (Mark Martin) of Central; two granddaughters, Beverly Stewart Taylor (Jason) and Ashley Stewart Gilstrap (Don); 3 great grandchildren who she loved very much, Savanna Gilstrap, Emma Taylor and Ashdon Gilstrap; one sister, Kathy Grant of Six Mile, SC; two brothers, Dale Pilgrim (Mary) and Ricky Pilgrim both of Six Mile, SC; three nephews she helped raised and loved as they were her own, Tommy Stancil(Cindy), Johnny Stancil (Vertie) and Jamie Stancil(Missy, Megan (Trad) and their child Ida, Brittany (Jeffrey) and their children, Luke, Lauren, and Bella, Kim (Wendall) and their son, Wyatt, Sherry and her children, Hailey and Remington, Madison Stancil, Linda (Andrew) and their daughter, Haley, Nick Stancil and Julie Stancil, Benji Pilgrim, Melissa Pilgrim and her daughter, Amia, Eddie Rowland (Suzanne) and their children, McKenzie, Makayla and Brandon.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother, Tommy Pilgrim; and a sister, Linda Stancil.

Funeral services will be 3 PM, Friday, March 23, in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central with Revs. Gene Durham, Mark Taylor and Billy Ray Merck officiating. She will be laid to rest in Six Mile Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Thursday at the funeral home.
