Carolyn Ann Green Stansell, 79, wife of the late Franklin Roosevelt Stansell, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 15, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Pittsboro, NC, a daughter to the late Joe Ernest Green and the late Inez Duncan Green, she was retired from Ryobi after ten years of service and a faithful member of Enon Baptist Church in Easley.
Surviving is a son, William Ernest Wilson (Mary Jo) of Easley; daughters, Patricia Ann Wilson Mills (Bob) of Clarksville, MD and Violet Alicia Ray (Billy) of Liberty; a brother, Bobby Joe Green (Marie) of Seneca; grandchildren, Richard A. Smith (Andrea), Kathryn Inez Mills, Sean Doyle Wilson (Megan), Benjamin Wesley Hinton (Kayla), Barry Frank Hinton, Jr., Wilson Brandon Hinton (Taylor), Mark-Patrick Brody Hinton (Shania), Samuel Eugene Ray (Melissa), Jeffrey Dale Ray, and Samuel Austin Ray; great-grandchildren, Graham Hudson Smith, Brooke Everly Smith, Emma Violet Hinton, Jaxon Wesley Hinton, and Courtney Rose Ray; and dear friend, Mary Ashby.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road.
The family will be at the home of Violet and Billy Ray.
