Carolyn Thomas Teague

Mrs. Carolyn Thomas Teague, 85, wife of the late Donnie "Don" Hendrix Teague, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

Born in Greer, SC she was the daughter of the late Hoy Lee Thomas and the late Mildred Lowe Thomas, Mrs. Teague retired from Alice Manufacturing - Elljean Plant and was a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church.

Carolyn was a precious soul and always had a smile on her face. She loved to cook, but her greatest love was taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all that loved and knew her.

Surviving are her sons, Jmaes Hyatt (Charlotte) of Rutherfordton, NC, David Hyatt (Kelly) of Wilmington, NC, Donnie Shealy (Yvonne) of Travelers Rest, and David Shealy (Sherry) of Newberry; his daughter, Becky T. Phillips of Easley; a brother, Perry Lee Thomas of Bryson City, NC; nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, August 30, 2026 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
