Cecil ONeal Bice, 84, husband of Helen Suttles Bice, died Monday, January 07, 2008 at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley. Born in Anderson County he was the son of the late Grady and Rosa Lee Compton Bice. He retired from One Hour Martinizing in Clemson and was an Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Central as well as the First Baptist Church of Central.
Survivors include sons Jackie Bice of Liberty, Greg Bice of Greenville, Mark Bice and wife Tammy of Pickens; daughter Judy Bates and husband Don of Liberty; eight grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a great-granddaughter, Rebecca Arblaster.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 9 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with interment to follow at Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Jan 8 from 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 3535 Pelham Road, Greenville, SC 29615.
The family is at their respective homes.
