Robert Cecil Jones, 80, husband to the late Pearlene Jones, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at his home.
Born in Pickens County, he was the son of the late Prue and Lois Jones.
Surviving are a son, Richard Jones of Easley; a daughter, Lisa Hendricks of Easley; sisters, Eva Gene Watson of Easley, Rosey Patterson of Pickens and Mozelle Lusk of Pickens; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Jones was predeceased by brothers, Joel Jones and B.F. Jones; and a sister, Doris Todd.
Mr. Jones was an Army veteran and a fisherman who loved his family beyond measure.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at the funeral home.
Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum.
