Mrs. Cecil Elizabeth Holder Mason, 89, wife of the late John Paul Mason, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, August 20, 2017.

Born in Pickens County, the daughter of the late Roy Lee and Essie Camilla Boyd Holder, Mrs. Mason retired from Mayfair Mills Glenwood Division and was a member of Pendleton Street Baptist Church.

Surviving are four sons, Steve Mason (Lisa) of Easley, Stanley Mason (Vicki) of Liberty, Larry Mason (Vanessa), and Harry Mason (Kathy), all of Easley; a brother, Furman Holder (Joyce) of Easley; a son-in-law, Bill Stratton of Marietta, GA; a special niece, Joyce Ann Holder of Easley; eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Mason was predeceased by a daughter, Ann M. Stratton; and a brother, W.C. Holder.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Pendleton Street Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from noon until 1:45 PM Wednesday at the church, prior to the service.
