Cecil M. Nalley, 72, of 967 Robert P. Jeanes Road, died Wednesday January 17, 2007 at his home.
Born in Pickens County, he was a son of the late Earl Russell and Lola Lee Masters Nalley. Mr. Nalley retired from U.S. Finishing Company in Greenville and was a member and Deacon of Cedar Rock Baptist Church and the Clyde Anderson Sunday School Class.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth H. Nalley, of the home; a son, Steven C. Nalley, of Liberty; a daughter, Rebecca Ann Lingefelt, of Easley; a sister, Inez Cronic, of Greenwood; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday at Cedar Rock Baptist Church with the Reverends Bobby Goodwin, Mike Reid, Ken Collins and Bob Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family is at the home and will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Friday at the church prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Hipp, Major Hipp, Ronny Hipp, Carl Freeman, Gerald Carter, and Bob Snyder.
