Cecilia Margaret "Margey" Hagerty Gross

Cecilia Margaret "Margey" Hagerty Gross, 89, of Piedmont, wife to Thornton Glen Gross, passed away September 30, 2020.
Born in Vincennes, IN, she was the daughter of the late Emmanuel and Lorean Murphy Hagerty. Mrs. Gross was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church where she and Thornton enjoyed the Irene Cely Sunday School class. She also enjoyed square dancing with her husband.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years Thornton; son, Randy Gross; daughters, Pamela Webber and husband Doug and Patricia Kent; grandchildren, Kristy Roman and husband Ryan, Lisa Kent, Jordan Gross and Emmy Gross; great grandchildren, Ruby Roman, Scarlett Roman and Harrison Roman; brother, Tom Baker and wife Carole; sister, Sara Marriott, sister-in-law Mary Coogle and husband Ray and brother-in-law Charles Gross.
Mrs. Gross was predeceased by her parents, brothers, Bernard Hagerty, Richard Baker and sisters, Helen Wall, Betty Mathena and Mary Snyder.
A memorial service will be held Friday, October 9, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home, Powdersville Road.
