Celeste Orr Prince, 80, of 600 Downs Loop and wife of Dr. Philip H. (Phil) Prince, died Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca.
Born in Wilmington, NC, the daughter of the late James Pritchard and Lucille Glasscock Orr, she was a homemaker and a member of Fort Hill Presbyterian Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband; are two sons, Kevin Prince and wife, Mary, of Pawley's Island and James B. Prince and wife, Novella, of Mt. Pleasant, SC; two grandchildren, Philip H. Prince II, and Walker M. Prince.
Memorial services will be 2 PM, Tuesday at Fort Hill Presbyterian Church with visitation to follow the service in Tartan Hall.
Private commital services will be held in Woodland Cemetery on the campus of Clemson University.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Philip H. and Celeste O. Prince Scholarship Fund; Clemson University Foundation; PO Box 1889; Clemson, SC 29633-1889.
