Charles Arnold Hartsell, 71, of 211 Rosalee Dr., husband of the late Frances Hamilton Hartsell, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Dayspring Health and Rehab.
Born May 25, 1942 in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Mack and Hazel Strange McCasland. Mr. Hartsell was a retired installer with Greenville Aluminum Products and of the Church of God Faith.
He is survived by his children, Kenneth Hartsell, Fran Ledford, Charlene Ledford and Samantha Hartsell; sister, Judy Moore; grandchildren, Candie Cannon, Glenn Anders, Jay Anders and Scottie Ledford and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his son, Charles Hartsell, Jr.; a brother and a sister.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2013 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Central, SC.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
