 Charles A. Robertson, 94, beloved husband of 73 years to the late Venice Galloway “Dink” Robertson, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024.

 Born in Pickens County, he was the son of the late Ben Bowie Robertson and Nera Henry Robertson.

 Mr. Robertson retired from Alice Manufacturing, Elljean Plant. He loved his family and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

 Surviving is his daughter, Dianne Fortner; his grandsons Ben Fortner (Stacey) and Scott Fortner (Lynn); great-grandchildren Mia and William; and a sister, Nancy Duncan.

 In addition to his wife and parents, Charles was predeceased by his son, Steve Robertson; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jim and Elizabeth McKinney sister-in-law, Margaret Galloway, and his brother-in-law, Alvin Duncan. 

 Graveside services will be 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.
