Charles Edward Rogers, 71, husband of Janet Stanton Rogers, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.
Mr. Rogers was born in Sumter, SC and was the son of the late Charlie and Gladys Hendrix Rogers. He was retired from Westpoint-Stevens as a HVAC technician and was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are a son, Chad Edward Rogers of Anderson; five sisters, Virginia Sutton of Lafrance, Frances Ward, of Sandy Springs and Evelyn Rollins, Liz Rollins and Rosa Turner, all of Central; one grandson, Cordell Edward Rogers.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 4:00 PM in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, with burial to follow in Memory Gardens, Clemson.
The family will receive friends from 2:30 PM until 3:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to, Connie Maxwell Children's Home, 810 Maxwell Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29646.
