Charlotte Ann Shorter Mauk, 86, wife of Ronald Douglas "Doug" Mauk, of Easley, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Born in Embreeville, TN, she was a daughter of the late Levi Smith and the late Georgia Kate Lochner Shorter.

Charlotte was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and in her free time, she loved to sew.

In addition to her loving husband of 63 years, Charlotte is survived by her son, Mitch Mauk (Gerrie) of Easley; and her grandsons, Bryan and Wyatt Mauk.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

A private graveside service will be held at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
