Neisa Cherie White, 15, of 107 Westview North, died Wednesday May 16, 2007 at AnMed Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born in Easley, she was the daughter of Alan Eugene White, of Piedmont and Tina Marie Kelley Whitlock, of Liberty. Cherie was a sophomore at Wren High School where she was a former member of the ROTC. She loved music and was a member of the band while attending Powdersville Middle School. She played the clarinet, guitar and especially loved country music. She loved all animals and enjoyed horseback riding. Recently she had joined friends in visiting nursing homes and enjoyed working with the elderly.

Surviving in addition to her parents is a brother, David Alan White, of Piedmont ; her step-mother, Marinda White, of the home ; step-father, Dolan Whitlock, of Liberty ; step-brother, Patrick Kelley, of Piedmont ; step-sister, Dody Whitlock, of Liberty ; maternal grandparents, Lydia and Wilton Kelley, of Easley and paternal grandparents, Morris and Florence White, of Easley.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley.

Family members are at their respective homes and will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
