Christine Clark Willimon passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Baptist Easley Hospital with her children by her side.
She was born to the late Frank Allen Clark and Virginia Hubbard Clark on November 17, 1952 in Santa Monica, California. She graduated from Venice High School and obtained a degree from Santa Monica Community College.
Christine was a free spirit who loved to give, read her novels, listen to her vinyl records, draw, shop, visit the beach, scrapbook, swim in her pool and spend time with her family. She was given the gift of life 16 years ago with a kidney transplant. Christine raised her children by herself all while fighting many illnesses. Her favorite things were spending time with family, enjoying sweets, especially ice cream and being able to visit the beach.
She worked as a full-time substitute teacher in Pickens County. Christine loved to inspire her students and treated everyone she met with kindness. A beautiful soul that left a trail of smiles everywhere she visited.
Christine is survived by her three children, Virginia Amber Hermann (Jarrod Hermann), Dustin Joshua Willimon (Hunter Willimon), and Levi Dylan Willimon (Ashley Willimon); her four grandchildren, Cohen Clark, Alyson Faith, Crew Dylan and Jennaleigh Christine; and her three siblings, Gary Allen Clark, Jeffrey Tyler Clark and Scarlett Loraine New.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Cecelia Clark Gillespie.
"Your presence we miss, your memories we treasure, loving you always, forgetting you never."
