Christopher "Chris" Ray Rose, 18, of 1603 Old Mill Road, died Sunday March 22, 2009.
Chris was born in Cape Coral, Florida, a son of Michael R. and Caroline Normandin Rose, of Easley. He was a senior at Wren High School and a member of the Catholic Church of St. Luke in Powdersville.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his brothers, Marc A. Rose and Tyler A. Rose, both of the home ; maternal grandparents, Albert and Sandra Normandin, of Fair Play, SC ; paternal grandparents, Billy and Georgeanna Rose, of Ft. Myers, Florida ; and his maternal great-grandmother, Irene McKee of North Ft. Myers, Florida.
A Memorial Mass will be 10:00 am Friday at the Catholic Church of St. Luke with Father Thomas Miles officiating.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road.
