Christopher Ryan "Chris" Smith, 17, of 626 Hunter Mill Road, died Sunday, March 9, 2008.
Surviving are his mother, Tammy Smith Moore of Easley; a sister, Christy Smith of Easley; a brother, Franklin Thomas and wife, Kellee, of Liberty; grandparents, Louise Smith of Liberty, and Dennis and Ruth James of Pickens; step-father, Joey Medlin of Easley; and step-grandmother, Jimmie Smith of Liberty.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley, with Rev. Charlie Bishop, Rev. John Wayne Revis and Rev. Scotty Hendricks officiating. Burial will follow in Rice's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chris Smith Memorial Fund, c/o Robinson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 387, Easley, SC 29641.
The family is at the home of his mother, 119 Herron Lane, Easley, SC 29640.
