Born in Woodsfield, OH she was a daughter of the late George L. and Carroll Lenora Hoff Jackson. Clara was a retired employee in the dietary department of the Oconee Medical Center.
Surviving are her son, Alan Richard Peoples of Pulaski, VA; and her sister, Mary Polen of the home.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday in Neuhart Cemetery, Woodsfield, OH with Bauer and Turner Funeral Home in Woodsfield, OH handling the local services.
