Mr. Clarence Eugene Howard, Sr., 81, husband of Evelyn Jeanette Howard, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Majesty Health and Rehab.
Born in Easley, a son of the late Roy and Mamie Howard, Mr. Howard was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, retired from Alice Manufacturing Company and was a member of Park Street Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are a son, Rev. Clarence Eugene Howard, Jr. and his wife Mary Jo of Atlanta, GA; a daughter, Debra Crump and her husband Tim of Easley; a brother, Melvin Howard of Pickens; four grandchildren, Brian and Michael Crump and Chloe and Caitlin Howard; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2012 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Clarence Howard and Rev. Dr. Alton Nix officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery, Easley.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family is at the home, 310 Hill Street, Easley, SC 29640.
