CLAUDIA LOIS EARLE - Central
Lois Earle, 94, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2006. A native of Central, she had been a resident of Laurel Hill Living Center for the past six years.
Lois was a teacher in Greenville and Pickens County for 42 years.
She is survived by one sister, Edith Hellams of Camden, SC; two brothers, Edward B. Earle of McBee, SC, and Thomas P. Earle of Central, SC; and 20 nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, W.T. Earle and Bertha Lawrence Earle; two sisters, Jessie Houk and Clara Porter; and three brothers, Wilton L. Earle, Joe Berry Earle, and George B. Earle.
Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home at 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2006. Visitation will be prior to the service between 2-3 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the First Baptist Church, 207 Johnson Road, Central, SC 29630 (where she was a lifetime member).
The family is at 359 Earle Road, Central, SC 29630.
Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central-Clemson Commons, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
