Clesile G. BranigerPendleton, SCClesile Gilstrap Braniger formerly of Pendleton, died Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.Born in Pickens, she was a daughter of the late Hermon O'Neal and Carrie Dodson Gilstrap. She was a retired banker and a member of Pendleton Presbyterian Church.She is survived by her sisters, Avanelle G. Howard, Hazel G. (Robert) Merck; brother, Gerald (Phyllis) Gilstrap; Vonnie M. Gilstrap sister-in-law; Bill Mullikin; several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brother, Lynon O. Gilstrap; sisters, Allowee G. Merck, Hermie Lou Mullikin; brother-in-laws, Cecil Howard and Lewis Merck.A graveside service will be 2 PM, Monday at Old Stone Church Cemetery with Rev. Morton White officiating.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pendleton Presbyterian Church, 603 S.
