Clifton Hamilton Smith, 62, of Crossville, TN and formerly of Pendleton, SC, died Sunday, January 15, 2012.
Born in Pendleton, he was the son of the late Clifton E. and Nancy Crenshaw Smith.
Before moving to Tennessee, Cliff was a member of Refuge Baptist Church.
Surviving are his sister, Emaline Smith Edwards and her husband, W. Frank Edwards of Crossville, TN; one niece, Carroll Edwards Kimball and husband, Gary of Nashville, TN; nephew, W. Russell Edwards and wife, Lynne of Atlanta, GA; four grand-nieces; and one grand-nephew.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Thursday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC with burial to follow in Memory Gardens, Clemson.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM, Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Refuge Baptist Church, Central, SC.
