Clovie Pearl Lewis Black, 93, of 302 Fish Camp Road, wife of the late Lewis Thomas Black, died Monday, January 16, 2006, at her home.

Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Jake and Effie Kelly Lewis, Mrs. Black, along with her late husband, co-founded Black's Fish Camp. She was a member of West End Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Gerald Black and his wife, Frances, of Easley; two daughters, Peggy Cooper and Ruby Crow, both of Easley; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Black was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Dr. Roger Couch and Rev. J.D. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 2:00 until 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.

The family is at the residence.
