Clovie Cassell McCall, 92, of East Second Avenue, wife of the late Wilton D. McCall, died Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at Hospice of the Upstate.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Ervin and Lucy Morgan Cassell, Mrs. McCall retired from Easley Textiles after twenty years of service and was a member of Easley First Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are two brothers, John Cassell of Easley, and Edward Cassell of Hagerstown, MD; two sisters, Martha Freeman of Greenville and Ollie Powell of Greer; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. McCall was predeceased by four brothers, Grady Cassell, Luther Cassell, Ernest Cassell and Carl Cassell, and by a sister, Bessie Boggs.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Stephen Pickel officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
Family members are at their respective homes.
