Clyde Nathaniel Satterfield, 66, of 314 Katherine Street, died Sunday, May 7, 2006, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Easley, the son of the late Carvin Otis and Annie Mae Waldrop Satterfield, Mr. Satterfield was a retired employee with Duke Power Company and attended Woodmont Church of God in Greenville.
Surviving are his wife, Patsy Fricks Satterfield of the home; a son, Brad Satterfield of Greenville; two daughters, Lesa S. Jones of Slabtown, and Jane Free of Easley; a sister, Mary Sue McJunkin of Easley; grandchildren, Karesa Jones, Deidre Jones, Bart Jones, Noah Jones, Justin Free and a newborn grandson Nathaniel Satterfield. In addition to his parents, Mr. Satterfield was predeceased by a son, Carvin Ricky Satterfield, two sisters, Jaquline Youngblood and Deloris Lesley.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Friday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Dennis Reid officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home.
