Clyde Edward Thomas, formerly of Marietta, died Friday, November 23, 2007 at Royal Manor in Royal Palm Beach, FL.
Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Ida Belle Thompson Thomas. Mr. Thomas was retired from JP Stevens Monaghan Plant after 42 years and a member of Jones Hill Church of God.
Surviving are James Thomas and wife Marie of West Palm Beach, FL; Doris Barton and husband Ralph of Rock Hill and family; Lisa Burdette and family; the McConnell and Meyers families.
In addition to his Mother, he was predeceased by his wife Janie McConnell Meyers Thomas.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Wednesday at Jones Hill Church of God with Reverend Gordie Hager officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The body is at Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown and will be placed in the church at 10:30 AM, Wednesday.
