Columbus Patrick "Chris" Christopher II, of Greenville, husband to Joyce Christopher, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Greenville to the late Columbus Pless and Willie Fay Christopher.
He was of the Baptist faith and was a long-standing member of Unity Baptist Church.
Columbus enjoyed history, fishing, and he was an avid firearms collector.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Jean Howard.
Surviving are his loving wife, Joyce, of 45 years; sons, Paul Christopher (Jennifer) of Greenville and Patrick Christopher of Greenville; brother, Carl Christopher; sister, Mary Roach and one grandchild, his "baby girl", Morgan.
A memorial service will be held at Unity Baptist Church on Saturday, February 11 at 11:00 AM.
