Connie Ann McDonald Posey

Mrs. Connie Ann McDonald Posey, 75, wife of Willard Benjamin Posey, Sr., went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, April 5, 2025.

Born in Ludington, MI, she was a daughter of the late Jack McDonald and the late Iris Lake McDonald. Connie and her husband owned and operated Divers World and was a member of Easley Church of God.

Connie loved to read, snow ski and was an avid scuba diver, but her greatest love was for her family. She will be deeply missed by all that loved and knew her.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of forty-two years, are her sons, Willard "Ben" Posey, Jr. (Crystal) of Liberty, and Steve Posey (Becky) of Taylors; her daughter, Stephanie Brown of Liberty; two sisters, Judy Griner and Chris Fisher, both of Ludington, MI; her grandchildren, Melynda Edwards, Micah Posey, Jenn Chrislip and John Gagain; and her great-grandchildren, Bane Posey, Xander Spencer, Elbrien Chrislip and Elizabeth Edwards. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Posey was predeceased by a sister, Kathy Moore.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Easley Church of God. Entombment will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM Tuesday at the church, prior to the service.
