Connie Burnette Kernells, 51, of 210 Mill Pond Road, went to be with the Lord Tuesday April 10, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Kernells was born in Greenwood, SC, a daughter of Charlotte McCoy Burnett, of Piedmont and the late Leonard Burnett. She retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a Rural Carrier and was a member of Easley Church of God of Prophecy.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Jim P. Kernells, of the home; a son, Jamie Lamar Kernells, of Woodruff; a daughter, Tonya Kernells, of Gray Court; a brother, Richard Infinger, of St. George, SC; three sisters, Cindy Garrick, of Branchville, SC, Sandy Lytle, of Piedmont, SC and Candy Tooley, of Orangeburg, SC; grandchildren, Jamie Kernells, Josh Kernells, Justin Kernells, Anna Kernells, Chelsea Kernells, Gracie Kernells, Danielle Stone, Angel Stone, and Madison Starnes; one great-grandchild,Emily Kernells; and special friends, Stephanie and Tim Manley, of Easley.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in the M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home.
