Cora Sullivan McDaniel, 94, of 209 Cobblestone Trace, died Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.

Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late William Marion and Martha Eugenia Sherman Sullivan. She worked for Southern Handkerchief for 35 years, the YWCA in Greenville for over 11 years, and was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Martha M. Bishop; four grandchildren, Kris Clarke, Lori Waldrop and husband Chuck, Leslie Brooks, Craig Knight and wife Patti; eight great-grandchildren, Charlie Lewis, Lauren Clarke, Matthew and Landan Brooks, Taylor and Kelli Waldrop, Elijah and Hunter Knight; and one great-great-grandchild, Peyton Lewis. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Earle McDaniel. Mrs. McDaniel was the last surviving of 19 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road with Reverend Rodney Graham, Dr. Jim Spencer, and Reverend Bill Ellison officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.

The Neomi Sunday School Class of Brushy Creek Baptist Church will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brushy Creek Baptist Church Building Fund; 100 Clay Street; Easley, SC 29642.

The family is at the home of her daughter,203 Peachtree Street; Easley, SC 29640.
