Cornelia Emiline Evatt Pilgrim, 79, widow of James Leon Pilgrim of 2017 Maw Bridge Road, died Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley Hospital. She was a native of Pickens County and formerly of Liberty where she retired from Stayon Products.
Survivors: sons, Ricky Pilgrim of the home, Dale Pilgrim and his wife Mary, Central; daughters, Kathy Grant of the home, Carolyn Durham and her husband Wesley, Norris; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 1 grandchild.
Funeral services will be Friday at 3pm at Solid Rock Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Flat Rock Baptist Church. The body is at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home where the family will receive friends on Thursday from 7-9 and will be placed in the church on Friday at 2pm. The family is at the home, 2017 Maw Bridge Road, Central, SC 29630.
