Courtney "Summer" Roach, 25, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2012 at her home.
Born in Greenville County, Summer was a daughter of Scott Michael Roach and Sherri Swafford Hughey.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her step-father, Ryne Hughey; her two children, who she lived her life for, Elijah West and Natalie Ward; two brothers, Stanley Brian Burgess, III of Pelzer and R.J. Hughey of Greenville; and two sisters, Shana Kristine Barnette of Pelzer and Ashley Fletcher of Belton.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2012 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.
Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
The family is at the home, 220 Addison Circle, Pelzer, SC 29669.
Memorials may be made to the Pelzer Rescue Squad, 141 Lebby Street, Pelzer, SC 29669.
