Craig D. Leigh

Craig D. Leigh, 78 of Piedmont went to be with the Lord on February 15, 2016. He was born March 19, 1937 in Evansville, IN to the late Frank and Lucile Leigh. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He had a heart of gold and his passion was his family. He loved NASCAR, Clemson Football and he was the perfect host and entertainer. He was always very welcoming and made everyone feel at home. Craig is survived by many loved ones including his wife of 34 beautiful years, Diane Leigh (Piedmont, SC); his sister; Leah Boren and husband Clovis (Borger, TX); his brothers; Larry Leigh and wife Norma Jean (Amarillo, TX); Leighton Leigh and wife Pat (IN). Craig is survived by five children; Lynne Greba and husband Patrick (Lake Wedowee, AL); Leanne Torrie and husband Alec (Marblehead, MA); Heather Boemia and husband Matthew (Denham Springs, LA); Stephanie Palmer (Piedmont, SC); Christopher Leigh and wife Brytnee (Lexington, SC). He is survived by nine grandchildren; Brandon Greba and wife Jenny (GA); Andrew Greba and wife Ashley (GA); Ali Greba (GA); Ashleigh Greba (AK); Renee and Nicole Torrie (MA); Riley Palmer (SC); Maddison Boemia (LA); and Cayden Leigh (SC). He is also survived by two great-grandchilden; Rebekah Greba (GA) and Lane Greba (GA). Craig was preceded in death by both his parents; Frank and Lucile Leigh and his son; Stephen Leigh. Memorial Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2016, in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home – Powdersville Road. The family will receive friends following the Memorial Service.Condolences may be expressed online at www.robinsonfuneralhomes.com or in person at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, which is assisting the family.
