Cyndee League Hammett

January 16, 1953 — November 21, 2020

Cyndee League Hammett, 67, loving wife of James "Jim" C. Hammett, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2020.

Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late James Arthur League and the late Ellen Curran League. Cyndee retired from AnMed Healthcare after 40 years of service. She was a dedicated member of Easley First Baptist Church where she was a member of the Fresh Spirit Sunday School class, sanctuary choir, Masters Blend, and loved to help with the children's ministry.

Mrs. Hammett loved music and reading. She also loved Clemson Tigers football.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of 45 years, is a daughter, Laurin L. Hammett (Rusty) of Central; and a sister, Curran L. Kay (Bob) of Greer.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 5:00 pm at Easley First Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm at the church.

The family is at the home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Easley First Baptist Church's "Generations to Come Fund", 300 E 1st Ave, Easley, SC 29640.
