Cynthia "Cindy" Brissey Stancil, 55, wife of the late Thomas "Tommy" Dale Stancil of Easley, entered Glory Monday, September 30, 2024.
Born in Pickens, she was a daughter of Athan Ray Brissey and the late Judy Elaine Murphy Brissey.
Cindy was a member of 5 Point Church and loved spending time with her family and telling everyone about Jesus. She was also a Quality Assurance Tester with Harris School Solutions for 13 years.
Cindy is survived by her daughters, Megan Julian (Trad) of Easley and Madison Holliday (Chase) of Central; brothers Michael Brissey (Amy) of Pickens and Tyler Brissey of Central; a sister, Kayla Crawford (Benjamin) of Easley; and grandchildren, Ida and Cecile Julian and Lillie Holliday. She is also survived by her close friends of more than 40 years, Angie Nix, Teresa Gilstrap, Darlene Ramlogan, Karen Zuber, Joy Alexander, and Chrissy Roberson; together, along with Cindy, make up the "Sensational Seven."
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2024 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home, Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Friday, October 4, 2024 at the funeral home.
