Dallas W. Grindstaff, 66, of 213 Thornbury Ridge, died Monday, January 14, 2008, at Palmetto Health Baptist Health.
Born in Elizabethton, TN, a son of Margaret Denniston Grindstaff of Elizabethton, TN, and the late Andy Grindstaff, Mr. Grindstaff was an interdominational minister and was a member of New Foundation Church.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley Clark Grindstaff of the home; a son, Darrell Grindstaff and wife, Kari, of Easley; three daughters, Vickie Slemp and husband, James, of Mauldin, Angela Thomas of Elizabethton, TN, and Tammy Callahan of Rutherfordton, NC; two sisters, Winifred Moon of Elizabethton, TN, and Sharon O'Connor of Hickory, NC; five grandchildren, Nicholas Holiday, Nathaniel Thomas, William Thomas, Kayleigh Grindstaff and Kaycee Grindstaff.
No services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shirley C. Grindstaff, 213 Thornbury Ridge, Easley, SC 29640.
The family is at the residence.
