Daniel Luther "D.L." Bundrick
July 24, 1927 — December 17, 2016
Daniel Luther Bundrick, 89, of Powdersville and formerly of Greenville, passed away on Saturday, Dec 17th.
D.L. was a devoted husband to wife, Mozelle, for 69 years, nurturing father to daughters, Martha Lemond (Frank) of Alpharetta, GA and Mary (Cam Anderson) of Columbia; and loving grandfather to three grandsons, Franklin Lemond (Amy), Brian Lemond (Candace), and David Lemond (Morgan); and three great-grandchildren, Madison Lemond, Jay Lemond and William Lemond.
He was a Salesman with Mutual Home Stores of Greenville and after retirement found his true calling in senior ministries at his beloved Siloam Baptist Church in Easley's Powdersville community, where he was active in various roles for over 40 years.
D.L. took pride in growing roses, cultivating his large vegetable garden and sharing the fruits of his labor with others. He taught himself to play golf, hitting the course once a week for over 50 years and lucky enough to make 3 hole-in-one shots.
Funeral service will be held at Siloam Baptist Church on Tuesday, Dec 20th at 2:00PM with visitation at the church prior from 12:00PM to 1:45PM.
