Danny L. Bishop

Danny L. Bishop, 68, husband of Patricia "Patti" Diane Reardon Bishop, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.

Born in Greenville, a son of the late Rommetta Ballew Bishop Henderson and the late Alvin Richard Bishop, Sr., he was retired from Duke Energy after forty-five years, then hired back as an Oversight Consultant for Watanna Engineering. Mr. Bishop enjoyed woodworking, antique cars, and spending time with family. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Easley.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are brothers, George Stafford Bishop (Margaret) of Easley and William Edgar Bishop (Shirley) of Greenville; a sister, Mary Henderson (Buck) of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Alvin Richard Bishop, Jr. and John Richard Henderson; and sisters, Frances Delores Kollar and Tiny Lillian McJunkin.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 29, 2020 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, before the service.
