Danny Ray Lee, Sr., 60, of 322 Merrell Road, went to be with his Lord Saturday, May 12, 2012.
Born in Anderson County, a son of the late Harold Lee, Sr., and the late Dorothy Mae Mullinax Lee, Danny was formerly employed with K & S Steel Erectors and was a member of Grove Road Baptist Church.
Surviving, are his wife Sally Ruth Davis Lee of the home, three sons; Danny Lee, Jr. (Misty), Jeffrey Scott Lee and Timothy Lee, all of Greenville; three daughters, Alicia Clark (John) of Liberty, Angela Thomas (Chuck) of Pendleton and Daphne McJunkins (Billy) of Six Mile; two brothers, Harold Lee, Jr., (Darlene) of Pickens and Robert Eston Lee (Judy) of Duncan; a sister, Deborah Ann Hembree (Donnie) of Greenville; ten grandsons, Shaggy, Jolon, Derek, Zachary, Joey, John, Eric, Michael, Christopher and Caleb; a granddaughter, Bethany; and his faithful dog, Amber.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Wednesday at Grove Road Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Graceland West Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Wednesday at the church, prior to the service.
The family is at the home.
